Integrations

One connection to RoomRack.

The integration is the part that must never surprise you. It is versioned, signed, monitored and reversible, and it never writes into your operational data.

  3. Campaign status—
Sending stays queued until your email provider is connected.

What the connection does

Initial sync

Guests and reservations import with cursor pagination, so a large history loads without timing out.

Live events

Check-outs, cancellations and refunds arrive as signed webhooks and are processed within seconds.

Activation date

Points start on the date you choose. History before that is context only.

How it stays safe

HMAC signatures

Every webhook is verified before processing, with a timestamp window to prevent replay.

Encrypted credentials

API keys and signing secrets are encrypted at rest and never displayed to hotel users.

Rotation without downtime

Credentials can be rotated by a platform administrator, with the new signing secret shown once.

Disconnect at any time

One action stops the connection. Your member data remains yours and exportable.

How it stays honest

Per-property status

Connection state, last successful sync, last webhook received, imported guests and reservations, failed events and current error.

Retry with backoff

Transient failures retry automatically on an increasing schedule instead of disappearing.

Dead-letter visibility

Anything that never succeeds is surfaced, counted and alertable.

Other systems

Guest Club is built specifically for RoomRack. Email delivery uses a configurable provider, and a read API exposes member status to your own website or booking engine.

Member status read API

Look up a member's balance, level and benefits from your booking flow to show member pricing.

Email provider

Campaigns are gated until a provider is configured, so nothing ever silently fails to send.
