We aim for continuous availability and publish operational status to customers. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Your responsibilities
Lawful use of guest data
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enrol guests and to contact them.
Account security
Keep team access current and remove people who leave. Roles are yours to manage.
Programme promises
Rewards and benefits you publish are commitments to your guests, and you are responsible for honouring them.
Commercial terms
Subscription
Billed per property on the plan you select. Changes to property count take effect on the next billing period.
Termination
You can disconnect and cancel at any time. Your member data remains yours and is exportable.
Changes
Material changes to these terms are communicated to account owners before they take effect.
